APOSTLE JAMES
the Son of Alphaeus
(James The Lesser)
God With Jesus Speaking To Anne Terri Through The Holy Spirit:
1. 'Today I have asked Anne to focus on James, the Son of Alphaeus, who is listed this way in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke.
He is later mentioned in Acts 1, which was written after my Crucifixion.
2. It is important to note that when they also called him James the lesser, it is due to his age, for he was younger than James the son of Zebedee
(James the Greater) brother to John.
3. All this time Anne, you thought they meant he was greater than the other James, which is not so.
4. As I taught while I walked on earth, no one is more important in Heaven than another, with the exception of God, our Father.
5. Know that Alphaeus was the husband of my Mother's sister- also known as Mary - which was a well used name in our time, as is Alphaeus which was also the name of Matthew (Levi's) dad, however James is my cousin, not brother which is how cousins were often referred to.
6. Remember when the women stood by the cross, 'Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of **Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. (John 19:25)
7. Note also how this is written in Mark ..' Mary Magdalene, Mary mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome. (Mark 15:40)
8. Do not confuse James the Less with James the Just.
9. He is mentioned four times in The Holy Bible, but this does not mean he is not important.
10. It is important to say also that **Papias of Hierapolis, made effort to keep all of this straight when he later wrote of my works, family and followers.
11. It is written that James the Son of Alphaeus was born the first century Born 1st century BC, in Galilee, Judaea, within the Roman Empire
and that he Died c. 62 AD Jerusalem, Judaea, in the Roman Empire or Aegyptus (Egypt) How do they know this?
12. Now you may make your painting based on the knowledge he was young and much like I looked but not as tall.'
13. AMEN"
**Papias of Hierapolis
Papias (Greek: Παπίας) was an Apostolic Father, Bishop of Hierapolis (modern Pamukkale, Turkey), and author who lived circa 70–163 AD. It was Papias who wrote the Exposition of the Sayings of the Lord (Greek: Λογίων Κυριακῶν Ἐξήγησις) in five books.
This work, which is lost apart from brief excerpts of Irenaeus of Lyons (ca. 180 CE) and Eusebius of Caesarea (ca. 320 CE), is an important early source on Christian oral tradition and especially on the origins of the canonical Gospels.
According to the surviving fragments of the work Exposition of the Sayings of the Lord of Papias of Hierapolis Cleophas and Alphaeus are the same person, Mary wife of Cleophas or Alphaeus would be the mother of James, the brother of Jesus, and of Simon and Judas (Thaddeus), and of one Joseph.
