The words are:
Ani Yod Heh Vav Heh Ribon shel 'OLam Amein, meaning "I am Yod Heh Vav Heh Master of the Universe" Yod Heh Vav Heh is how His Name is revelaed in the Sacred Hebrew Scripture (the Torah) and means the One Who Will Be, the One Who Is, and the One Who Was- in other words the Eternal One Who always Existed, Exists, and Will ALways Exist on His Own.

These Canaanites who began believing in only one God became known as the Hebrew Israelites and later in history as Jews (Judeans) and Samaritans. From there the documentary focuses on how Judaism evolved during the Assyrian and Babylonian exile and so on.
