A strong Hurricane like storm has hit the north eastern coast of the United States of America, creating havoc in New York and New Jersey. High winds, and rains which have brought rail transport to a standstill between several cities, have also left half a million homes without power. This is several weeks after the strong blizzard hit the same area, leaving a million homes in the dark. Once again airports are struggling to reroute flights.
