I agree with him, that this was a good thing to do. As he pointed out to Anne Terri, The mussels need sea water to survive. It is not enough to put them in a bowl. They need their own environment. They have been highly stressed to get them from their environment to the pot. And the final moment of their lives on earth at the hands of humans, is now against one of My New Commandments.
