The Election For Democracy (Prompted by God Through Carlo Ferdinando)
I've been to vote many times in my life and the few times I did, was just for nothing. Frustrating.
This time, I think the election in America will be a historical one. They will change something, or a lot. Perhaps, it would be good to rethink the way the voting system is.
Democracy is not a very good way to govern a country, democracy means that the majority of people will delegate someone to lead the country in their name. That is not true - they ask one to vote, and then they do what they want. They brainwash the people. It is not so, that the majority of the voters will be delegating the right people - it is not so. The democratic system is full of weak points, but it is the better thing we have, if we are able to control the system.
The last two elections, it has not been the case. The elected one was elected because of what many think to be cheating. All the people must have the guarantee that he can vote, and that his vote will be counted and counted in the right way.
I really hope (*****) will win even if I know he will not be able to solve the huge mess that the world is in. He can help, like Corto says, and we can help too.
