93 Year Old Man Dies From Hypothermia (God Through Anne Terri)
Where is not as important, as the fact that this is happening through out the world, where there are cold zones due to Winter. If you have power to your home, you have heat. If you have power that's limited, and you can't pay your bill, you will have limited heat for 10 or so days, and then it will be gone, until you catch up? What type of plan is this? Is it the neighbor's responsibility to check on the elderly in their neighborhood? No. It would be nice, but it's not always possible. Many times, one doesn't even know their neighbors now. So who is responsible? The people who know someone is in trouble, are the people who know they are not paying for the power. Why isn't as important, as what has happened. This is an Abomination to Me, your God. Do not place the blame elsewhere.
