*17: And the king of Assyria sent Tartan and Rabsaris and Rab-shakeh from Lachish to king Hezekiah with

30: Neither let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us, and this city shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.
31: Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreement with me by a present, and come out to me, and then eat ye every man of his own vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his cistern:
32: Until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of corn and wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of oil olive and of honey, that ye may live, and not die: and hearken not unto Hezekiah, when he persuadeth you, saying, The LORD will deliver us.

Rab-shakeh: . The title was given to the chief cup-bearer or the vizier of the Akkadian, Assyrian and Babylonian royal courts in ancient Mesopotamia,[1] and revived by the Assyrians as a military rank during World War I. (Wikipedia)
*TARTAN (Assyrian, "tartanu," "turtanu"):
By: Isidore Singer, Schulim Ochser
Title of an Assyrian official; twice mentioned in the Bible. A tartan, accompanied by a "rabsaris" and a "rab-shakeh," was sent to Jerusalem by Sennacherib to command Hezekiah to surrender the city (II Kings xviii. 17); and another is mentioned as Sargon's envoy to Ashdod in the year of a prophecy of Isaiah (Isa. xx. 1). The title was borne only by the two generals next to the king; thus there were a "tartanu rabu" (great tartan) and a "tartanu shanu" (second tartan). It is no longer possible to identify the tartans mentioned in the Bible, although the names of three of these officials are known: Ashur-isku (?)-udannim in 720 (the first year of Sargon's reign), Ilu-ittea in 694 (the beginning of the reign of Sennacherib), and Bel-emuranni in 686.

COLOR CODES OF THE THIRD TESTAMENT
"God Speaking To Anne Terri Through The Holy Spirit: Not all of the Old and New Testaments, have been color coded at this time, as Study Guides, for these are still in progress. Anne follows My Transcript, The Colors of The Third Testament, for they are quite intricate. This is a reference for all Messiahs within The Third Testament, and Apostles who are learning. Note these are advanced Colors of The Third Testament and many of the early Study Guides do not show all of them in use. glbresearch.proboards.com/thread/2256/colors-third-testament-god
