3. They are advocating legalization of some drugs to put an end to the criminals who control and distribute these worldwide.
4. The United States of America, and Mexico are not in agreement with what has been reported as a substantial increase between 1998 and 2008.
5. The panel of men who did the study, include world leaders, and a former UN Secretary.
6. Their main argument is that the failure to control the criminal aspect of illegal drug use, has cost the taxpayers millions, and has also caused many deaths which number in the thousands.
7. I State, to arrest a person who has a small plastic bag of Marijuana in their pocket, with no intent to distribute, keeps the jails full, which also contributes to the woes of the taxpayers.
8. If you must lock up a human, this should be someone who is a possible danger to society.
9. Yes, certain drugs should be legal, and this should be done in relation to free will.
10. First, I Strongly suggest, you learn from what has happened within the cigarette industry.
11. You need to take into account, the adding the additional substance, 'nicotine', which facilitates a higher addiction.
12. For example, why make cigarette smoking as hard to quit as heroine, and keep the taxes so high, the money pours in like a gold rush?
13. The use of drugs, is not against My Commandments, however the key to everything Provided on earth, which you partake of, is in moderation.
14. If there is a substance which is instantly addictive, this is dangerous to you, and you will meet Me sooner than later.
