1: My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.
Job 10: 2-6 I will say unto God, Do not condemn me...Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress... shouldest despise the work of thine hands...
2: I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me.
3: Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?
4: Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?
5: Are thy days as the days of man? are thy years as man's days,
6: That thou inquirest after mine iniquity, and searchest after my sin?
Job 10: 7-8 Thou knowest that I am not wicked...yet thou dost destroy me.
7: Thou knowest that I am not wicked; and there is none that can deliver out of thine hand.
8: Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.
Job 10: 9-13 Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay...Thou hast granted me life and favour,...these things hast thou hid in thine heart...
9: Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again?
10: Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese?
11: Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews.
12: Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.
13: And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee.
Job 10: 14-17 If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity...I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction...Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me...
14: If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity.
15: If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction;
16: For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me.
17: Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me.
Job 10: 18-20 Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb?...I should have been as though I had not been...cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little,
18: Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!
19: I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
20: Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little,
Job 10: 21-22 Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death...
21: Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death;
22: A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.

QUICK STUDY TITLE AREA
Job 7:1-2 Is there not an appointed time to man upon earth? ... his days also like the days of an hireling? ...
Job 7:3-6 So am I made to possess months of vanity, and wearisome nights are appointed to me...
My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, and are spent without hope.

As the cloud is consumed and vanisheth away:
so he that goeth down to the grave shall come up no more...
Job 7:11 Therefore I will not refrain my mouth...
Job 7:12-15 Am I a sea, or a whale, that thou settest a watch over me?...
Then thou scarest me with dreams...so that my soul chooseth strangling...rather than my life.

CHAPTER 4 - STUDY GUIDE
QUICK STUDY TITLE AREA
Job 4:1-2 Eliphaz the Temanite answered...
If we assay to commune with thee, wilt thou be grieved?
Job 4:3-4 Behold, thou hast instructed many...
Thy words have upholden him that was falling...
Job 4:5-6...now it is come upon thee, and thou faintest...
Is not this thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope...
Job 4:7-9 Remember, I pray thee, who ever perished, being innocent?...
I have seen, they that plow iniquity--sow wickedness, reap the same.
By the blast of God they perish...
Job 4:10-11 The roaring of the lion...and the teeth of the young lions, are broken..
old lion perisheth for lack of prey...stout lion's whelps are scattered...
Job 4:12-16 (VISION) a thing was secretly brought to me-
mine ear received a little...
Fear came upon me...a spirit passed before my face...
It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof...
there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,
...
Job 4:17-21 Shall mortal man be more just than God?...
he put no trust in his servants-his angels he charged with folly...
They are destroyed... they perish for ever...
Doth not their excellency which is in them go away?...
