Chile 6.9 Earthquake

If a 6.9 earthquake hits unprepared regions on earth, many buildings topple and there is loss of life.
As with Japan, Chile has prepared, and their buildings are built to withstand quakes.
Yesterday morning a 6.9 quake struck just off the west coast of Chile and it was felt in the capital of Santiago.
There was no major damage.
