Education of Mary and Elizabeth in Zoan
STUDY GUIDE
Chapter 7:1-3 Archelaus reigns.
Chapter 7:4-9 Mary and Elizabeth with their sons are in Zoan
and are taught by Elihu and Salome.
Chapter 7:10-25 Elihu's introductory lesson.
Chapter 7:26-28 Tells of an interpreter.
Chapter 7:1-3 Archelaus reigns.
1. The son of Herod, Archelaus, reigned in Jerusalem. He was a selfish, cruel king; he
put to death all those who did not honour him.
2. He called in council all the wisest men and asked about the infant claimant to his throne.
3. The council said that John and Jesus both were dead; then he was satisfied.
Chapter 7:4-9 Mary and Elizabeth with their sons are in Zoan and are taught by Elihu and Salome.
4. Now Joseph, Mary and their sons were down in Egypt in Zoan, and John was with his mother in the Judean Hills.
5. Elihu and Salome sent messengers in haste to find Elizabeth and John. They found them and they brought them to Zoan.
6. Now, Mary and Elizabeth were marvelling much because of their deliverance.
7. Elihu said, It is not strange; there are no happenings; law governs all events.
8. From olden times it was ordained that you should be with us, and in this sacred school be taught.
9. Elihu and Salome took Mary and Elizabeth out to the sacred grove near by where they were wont to teach.
Chapter 7:10-25 Elihu's introductory lesson.
10. Elihu said to Mary and Elizabeth,
You may esteem yourself thrice blest, for you are chosen mothers of long promised sons,
11. Who are ordained to lay in solid rock a sure foundation stone on which the temple of the perfect man shall rest--a temple that shall never be destroyed.
12. We measure time by cycle ages, and the gate to every age we deem a mile stone in the journey of the race.
13. An age has passed; the gate unto another age flies open at the touch of time. This is the preparation age of soul, the kingdom of Immanuel, of God in man;
14. And these, your sons, will be the first to tell the news, and preach the gospel of good will to men, and peace on earth.
15. A mighty work is theirs; for carnal men want not the light, they love the dark, and when the light shines in the dark they comprehend it not.
16. We call these sons, Revealers of the Light; but they must have the light before they can reveal the light.
17. And you must teach your sons, and set their souls on fire with love and holy zeal, and make them conscious of their missions to the sons of men.
18. Teach them that God and man are one; but that through carnal thoughts and words and deeds, man tore himself away from God; debased himself.
19. Teach that the Holy Breath would make them one again, restoring harmony and peace;
20. That naught can make them one but Love; that God so loved the world that he has clothed his son in flesh that man may comprehend.
21. The only Saviour of the world is love, and Jesus, son of Mary, comes to manifest that love to men.
22. Now, love cannot manifest until its way has been prepared, and naught can rend the rocks and bring down lofty hills and fill the valleys up, and thus prepare the way, but purity.
23. But purity in life men do not comprehend; and so, it, too, come in flesh.
24. And you, Elizabeth, are blest because your son is purity made flesh, and he shall pave the way for love.
25. This age will comprehend but little of the works of Purity and Love; but not a word is lost, for in the Book of God's Remembrance a registry is made of every thought, and word, and deed;
Chapter 7:26-28 Tells of an interpreter.
26. And when the world is ready to receive, lo, God will sent a messenger to open up the book and copy from its sacred pages all the messages of Purity and Love.
27. Then every man of earth will read the words of life in language of his native land, and men will see the light, walk in the light and be the light.
28. And man again will be at one with God.

King Herod Archelaus - lived between 23 B.C. and 18 A.D.
The section in Matthew 2:16-18 referring to King Herod The Great and the Massacre of the Innocents is often argued by Biblical scholars, for there is no historical evidence this event actually happened.
The House of Herod is vast, and also, often confuses people who read The Holy Bible. King Herod Archelaus, who reigned during the time of Jesus' birth, was the Son of Herod the Great, also known as Herod I, and had a brother named Antipas, who was originally to have received the Tetrarchy of Judea. However, a changed will brought King Herod Archelaus into power for a short time, as his father was aged. He ruled Judea, and Idumea from 4 BC to 6 AD. Archelaus, was known for his cruelty against the Pharisees. He killed many, and the Jews were very afraid of him. King Herod Archelaus' father King Herod The Great died 4 B.C. in Jericho.
King Herod The Great died in 4 B.C. and this would make Jesus' birth four or more years before it has been documented, for it is King Herod The Great who is reported to have died, when Joseph and his family are told by The Angel of The Lord to return from Egypt. Joseph going to Bethlehem to be taxed, as documented in Luke 2, is conflicting with Matthew, and the timelines in The New Testament, for historically the required census for tax was not implemented until 6 A.C.

"Not to be confused with Salome of The Aquarian Gospel. AMEN"
Salome (c. AD 14 – between 62 and 71) was the daughter of Herod II and Herodias. According to Flavius Josephus's Jewish Antiquities, Salome was first married to Philip the Tetrarch of Ituraea and Trakonitis. After Philip's death in 34 AD she married Aristobulus of Chalcis and became queen of Chalcis and Armenia Minor. They had three children. Three coins with portraits of Aristobulus and Salome have been found. Her name in Hebrew is שלומית (Shlomiẗ, pronounced [ʃlomiθ]) and is derived from the root word שָׁלוֹם (shalom), meaning "peace".

JERUSALEM
LITERATURE I. The Name.
1. In Cuneiform:
The earliest mention of Jerusalem is in the Tell el-Amarna Letters (1450 B.C.), where it appears in the form Uru-sa-lim; allied with this we have Ur-sa-li-immu on the Assyrian monuments of the 8th century B.C.
The most ancient Biblical form is yerushalem, shortened in Psalm 76:2 (compare Genesis 14:18) to Salem, but in Massoretic Text we have it vocalized yerushalaim. In Jeremiah 26:18 Esther 2:6 2 Chronicles 25:1;
2 Chronicles 32:9 we have yerushalayim, a form which occurs on the Jewish coins of the Revolt and also in Jewish literature; it is commonly used by modern Talmudic Jews.
2. In Hebrew:
The form Hebrew with the ending -aim or -ayim is interpreted by some as being a dual, referring to the upper and lower Jerusalem, but such forms occur in other names as implying special solemnity; such a pronunciation is both local and late.
3. In Greek and Latin:
In the Septuagint we get (Ierousalem), constantly reflecting the earliest and the common Hebrew pronunciation, the initial letter being probably unaspirated; soon, however, we meet with (Hierousalem)-with the aspirate-the common form in Josephus, and (Hierosoluma) in Maccabees (Books II through IV), and in Strabo. This last form has been carried over into the Latin writers, Cicero, Pliny, Tacitus and Suetonius. It was replaced in official use for some centuries by Hadrian's Aelia Capitolina, which occurs as late as Jerome, but it again comes into common use in the documents of the Crusades, while Solyma occurs at various periods as a poetic abbreviation.
In the New Testament we have (Hierousalem), particularly in the writings of Luke and Paul, and (ta Hierosoluma) elsewhere. The King James Version of 1611 has Ierosalem in the Old Testament and Hierusalem in the New Testament. The form Jerusalem first occurs in French writings of the 12th century.
4. The Meaning of Jerusalem:
With regard to the meaning of the original name there is no concurrence of opinion. The oldest known form, Uru-sa-lim, has been considered by many to mean either the "City of Peace" or the "City of (the god) Salem," but other interpreters, considering the name as of Hebrew origin, interpret it as the "possession of peace" or "foundation of peace." It is one of the ironies of history that a city which in all its long history has seen so little peace and for whose possession such rivers of blood have been shed should have such a possible meaning for its name.

[Zoan (Hebrew: Tso`an)
was according to the Hebrew Bible, a city of Egypt in the eastern Nile delta. Numbers 13:22 says that it was built seven years after Hebron was built. Psalm 78:12,43 identifies the "field of Zoan" as where Moses performed miracles before Pharaoh to persuade him to release Israel from his service. The city is also mentioned in Isaiah 19:11, 13, Isaiah 30:4 and Ezekiel 30:14.
The Greek Septuagint in all of these verses uses the Greek name Tanis; both Tanis and Tso'an are ultimately derived from the Egyptian name for Tanis, Djanet or Djan (Modern Arabic Tsan). This city was not actually built until ca. 1075 BC, however references to Zoan existing previously as early as the time of Abraham are taken to mean the old Hyksos capital at Avaris and the nearby Ramesside capital of Pi-Ramesses, about 25 km. from the site of Tanis. The mentions in Isaiah and Ezekiel certainly correspond with the later Tanis.

The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ
The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ: The Philosophic and Practical Basis of the Religion of the Aquarian Age of the World and of the Church Universal

Author Levi H. Dowling
Language English
Published 1 Dec 1908
The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ (full title: The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ: The Philosophic and Practical Basis of the Religion of the Aquarian Age of the World and of the Church Universal) is a book by Levi H. Dowling, first published in 1 Dec 1908. He said he had transcribed the text of the book from the akashic records, a purported compendium of mystical knowledge supposedly encoded in a non-physical plane of existence. In the later 20th century, it was adopted by New Age spiritual groups.
The title is derived from the practice in astrology of naming time periods in terms of constellations and their dominant positions in the sky, according to the earth's axial precession. In that system, the Age of Aquarius is approaching.
Akashic records
In theosophy and anthroposophy, the Akashic records (a term coined in the late 1800s from akasha or ākāśa, the Sanskrit word for "sky", "space", "luminous", or "aether") are a compendium of thoughts, events, and emotions believed by Theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the astral plane. There is little scientific evidence for existence of the Akashic records. There is a huge amount of recorded, anecdotal evidence for the possibility of their existence.
