10: Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way.
11: They that are delivered from the noise of archers in the places of drawing water, there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD, even the righteous acts toward the inhabitants of his villages in Israel: then shall the people of the LORD go down to the gates.

Judges 5:20-23 Deborah said...'They fought from heaven', The river of Kishon swept them away ...Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the LORD ...because they came not to the help of the LORD...
20: They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
21: The river of Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. O my soul, thou hast trodden down strength.
22: Then were the horsehoofs broken by the means of the pransings, the pransings of their mighty ones.
23: Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the LORD, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the LORD, to the help of the LORD against the mighty.
Judges 5:24-27 It is written, 'Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be'....and with the hammer she smote Sisera

25: He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish.
26: She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen's hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples.
27: At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
Judges 5:28-31 The mother of Sisera ...questions why is his chariot so long in coming?
28: The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
29: Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself,
30: Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil?
31: So let all thine enemies perish, O LORD: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.
Judges 3:17-24 Sisera fled to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite ... she hammers a tent nail into Sisera's temple while he slept, and he died.

RESEARCH
Jabin king of Canaan, who reigned in Hazor
The captain whose host was Sisera- who dwelt in Harosheth (of the Gentiles)
Sisera; Captain of King Jabin's Army:
Sisera is mentioned in Judges 4:2 and Judges 5. He was defeated by Barak and killed by Jael. It is written Jael hammered a tent peg into Sisera's temple. Captain Sisera led nine hundred iron chariots. For twenty years he opposed the Israelites. The prophetess Deborah was his undoing, for it was she who ordered Barak to march against and face Sisera's massive army. Barak was not certain, and asked Deborah to go with his army. The huge Israelite Army formed at Kadesh. Sisera was defeated in the famous Biblical Battle of Mount Tabor.
Barak the son of Abinoam (Barac)
The name Barak/Barac, who was the son of Abinoam, appears in Judges 5:6-10 and his story continues in Judges 5. Historically, all that has been written of him is limited, with the exception of what is within The Old Testament.
Shamgar the son of Anath,
Judges 3:31 Shamgar the son of Anath slays six hundred Philistines
31: And after him was Shamgar the son of Anath, which slew of the Philistines six hundred men with an ox goad: and he also delivered Israel.

Shamgar, son of Anath (Hebrew: שמגר בן־ענת)
The ox goad mentioned in Judges 3:31, as the weapon used by Shamgar, son of Anath, to kill six hundred Philistines,
is a long farming prod used on oxen, which are pulling a cart or plow. These date back to the time of Egypt, and can have sharp ends.
Shamgar, son of Anath, is thought to be one of the rulers, who judged and who freed the Children of Israel from suppression, through The LORD God of Israel.
After the time of Joshua, there was no formal government, and various leaders called judges, took on the enemies of Israel. The Book of Judges is not the only place where judges are within The Old Testament.
Ones listed in The Book of Judges are as follows:
Othniel, Ehud, Shamgar, Deborah, Gideon, Tola, Jair, Jephthah, Ibzan, Elon, Abdon, and Samson.
